About Us
FedEx OnSite is located inside Albertsons at 2321 West University Drive in Denton, Texas. This convenient location allows customers to pick up and drop off pre-labeled FedEx packages without the need to wait at home for a delivery. Simply pack and seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location.
Customers can also easily redirect their FedEx packages for pickup at this location and will be notified when their package is ready for pickup. There are no additional fees for using this service, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility.
This location accepts most FedEx Express and FedEx Ground packages, including international packages with a U.S. originated address. Customers must ensure that their packages are securely sealed, properly labeled, and include a completed printed label using their FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please note that this location does not provide shipping or packing materials, so packages must be dropped off "ready to ship" with the label affixed to the box. For assistance with packing supplies or help packing items, customers can visit a nearby FedEx Office location or participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations.

"So I come to this FedEx for the first time speak to Stacey which is assistant manager well there's two other customer oh no excuse me three other customers next to the counter she asked me while I'm walking up to her she's takes at least five steps back she asked me to step away from the counter due to covid-19 but the way that she looked at me was if I had a sickness or an illness which was completely disrespectful asked me to step at least 10 feet away from the counter while she's at least five I told her what about your other co-workers and she said well the don't follow the rules but I do seen I'm management, I can promise you I'll never be to this location again."
