Domino's Pizza

"My pasta bowels were not cooked all the way through, I used to work at a Domino's and I know what the make lines steps are to making a chicken Alfredo pasta bowl so I called spoke to the manager named Robin at the Teasly location and she told me "it's not possible, someone else also had a pasta bowl and did not complain so I know your lying" and kept dismissing me. I recommend going to the one near University Drive, I always get great food, well done, and the best customer service. Domino's location at Teasly, managers are extremely rude and disrespectful"

"The food is fine. I recently tried to apply here. I was told I was hired by one manager and given the starting information. I was never called to start. Apparently it was a mistake. All the gm did was apologize then ignore my concerns. That "mistake" left a huge impact on my life and needs to be corrected."

"I was a regular customer! But after today, I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA!!! The manager on duty today has always been professional, and friendly. However, earlier today I ordered a couple of items. The initial delivery person was on time and polite!. After he left, I checked my order and it was wrong. I called and spoke with the same manager from earlier. She listened to my complaint and offered to have my initial order remade and delivered. The problem came from the next delivery person. I offered to explain why I wanted him to see the untouched first delivery. He was soooo rude and unprofessional, I almost was lost for words. He went on to say that it wasn't his job to listen to "Paying Customers" who were unsatisfied with your product. The conversation with was turning south quickly. He was soooo rude with me the "Paying Customer's", I almost lost my temper!! Delivery Drivers are the face of the company, just in case you You're not smart enough to know this!! Because of the rude and horribly stupid experience with this unprofessional delivery driver "Not The Manager", I WILL NEVER, NEVER, EVER order from Domino's Pizza, ANYWHERE ever again!!!"

"So I'm guessing that my UNDERCOOKED brownie was turned sideways. They have the auto unhappy thing on the app but no I don't want 20% off my next order. The dang Brownie isn't even cooked enough to eat."

"Had a free pizza credit and everything was fine till I took a bite of a piece and then had to pull a six inch long black hair out of my mouth and almost threw up. We just wanted to let them know so they could make sure their cooks are wearing hairnets or pulled back at least. The woman on the phone was very rude and hung up after we told her about it. The app is more helpful than the people and at least will be giving us credit for the other one we ordered. I didn't want anything or be a pain I just wanted the restaurant to know so they could prevent it in the future."
