"Ordered the hot honey pizza two times and it did not have hot honey. The first time I ordered this pizza it was amazing. I filled out a survey and I’m guessing the manager Eric called me and left a voicemail, I was at work and when I called back and left a voicemail I never received a response. Marcos used to be my favorite but now im pretty disappointed with them."

"Waited over an hour to get a salad and a drink delivered to me. Promise delivery time was 6:58pm. I called at 7:08pm and they told me it would be 20 more minutes. I finally got my order at 7:57, an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. Salad isn't even made properly! A Greek salad is made with banana peppers not green peppers. Every time I order from the store off university, they either mess up my order or they don't deliver it when they say they will. I will order at the marcos off Teasley from now on, they always get my order right."

"Ordered online at 5:20. Promise time of 5:50. Emailed at 5:40 saying pizza was in oven. 6:25 called because no pizza or email update. Said it was going to be another 45 minutes. I live half a mile away. Had to cancel, not worth the wait. So they brought it anyways? But they forgot my cheese sticks, 1.5 hours after."

"Was greeted apon arriving. Informed cashier it was a first time visit. He introduced himself and showed us multiple sizes and types of pizzas. They also had offered subs, salads, and pizza bowls. Only 20oz bottle and 2 litters available there is no fountain drinks, even for dine in. Was a good first impression!"
