"The manager there is unbelievably rude and has no idea what good customer service looks like. I waited 2 minutes before being helped, he never even bothered to say hi and when i asked to see a bowl he put it on the counter and walked away! I asked if there were any other head shops around and he said he didn't know even though there was one next door as I found out. I walked out and bought a bowl at the other place. I called back to talk to a manager and sadly thy guy who waited on me was he. He told me I was rude!!! This guy is really something else and I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!"
