"Worst place ever! The car broke down in the middle of the highway after a month. They said I had to pay 1000 to fix it and if I didn't have the money I could take out a loan. I said I would not do that and they can keep the car. I was never late on the payments. It's been 6 months since they had the car but they still call me and everyone on my contact list still asking for monthly payments. They should be sued for their bad service. They know these cars are trash and they sell it to people just for money. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!"

I’ve been waiting for a return check for 5 months and the lady ( Libby ) is very rude and doesn’t have any answers. Also got tricked into a car that made me $8000 negative in equity . If I could give 0 stars I would they are absolutely horrible. I’d ride a bus before I purchased another vehicle from here."

"I would give 0 stars if I could! I have my car in the shop to get repaired and they offered no help other than to borrow the money from someone else to pay it. I understand that I am responsible for the payment which I didn’t mind but this heartless company should understand that things come up and sometimes we all need understanding and help. I can’t wait to leave this loan company as my payments are always made on time every time and they offer no help. They refuse to change my name to my legal name, they offer no help and they never listen when I tell them who my insurance company is! All they care about is money customer service is a joke!"
