"I had decided to get the upper part of my ears (cartilage) pierced. I made an appt. and Chelsea, the Claire’s employee who pierced me, was great! The first piercing hurt, but I felt fine afterward and I didn’t feel any more pain! Chelsea was patient and helpful when I asked for her opinion on where to place the earrings (one on each year)! She answered all of my questions! I had my niece with me and Chelsea was great about answering her questions as well! I would definitely recommend this place for piercing and purchasing earrings!"

"Went to get my 18 month old daughters pierced (repierced) so the holes were very noticeable and was not a hard job. Melanie was the employee who was piercing her ear and HAD NO PATIENCE with my daughter what so ever. She kept huffing and puffing because my daughter was crying, well of course shes going to cry shes 18 months and she’s traumatized not only from getting her ears pierced but from the disgusting attitude this lady had. Most of the people who go get their ears pierced are young children and if you don’t have the patience to work with them, then you are working at the wrong place. Please do better! Will never be back here"

"Store closed in the middle of the day. She went outside to smoke a cigarette, I saw her out there and she came back smelling of smoke. She put a sign that said bathroom break for 5 mins which was not true. It was a cigarette break for 15. She lost multiple customers. Myself and some others waited around and ended up leaving."

"I am SO happy with Megan’s customer service! :) If I could rate 10 stars I would.✨ She is super genuinely kind. She even introduced herself when piercing my ears and she did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable about it! I got three piercings all done perfect and fast, she is a hard dedicated worker and as sweet as can be! I will never forget my experience today at Claire’s because of lovely Megan. She is very courteous and made me day just from her personality!"
