"Loyal customer for *years* never missed a payment, always auto draft. Missed it for a few months due to job loss. LAWSUIT. ON CHRISTMAS. Never use this "company". You are nothing to them. Dirty, predatory you know whats."
"New staff, poor service. Went in yesterday requesting half of the cash which was available and was turned down. Offered a larger amount to pay off another loan company and a small amount going towards me which would take years to pay off needed smaller amount to make Bank good, and to pay smaller bill. They treated me like a low life so now bills cannot be caught up. Update:. My loan was paid off last month in July. Received a $2,400 check in the mail that I could have used to pay off remaining balance on my property tax but needed to cash the check first which I can't because I have no active checking account, just a debit card I use that I get my direct deposits on. Called them and spoke to Mario and asked if I can get something smaller like a $1,500 check so I can easily cash that and went through the usual questions starting off with two of the past two accounts that were old that would never paid off. After hearing those two I just told him never mind and hung up. I just hate it when they flaunt you with the cash or checks but yet they consider me a risk even though my debt with them has been paid off. They still deserve a one star for their treatment of me."
"I will say that this location is in my mind one of the best locations that i have done business with. I might not agree with thier interest rates, but they eere there when i needed them. This goes far in my book. I hope they keep employees like the one they have today."
"Predatory lending at its finest. Offers low value high interest loans. Mailing a valid check with limited security features in place. With the rising rate of identity theft this is as shady a practice as ever. If you cash the check interest rates are exorbitant over 85% on my offer."
"It's an obvious scam. Getting letters in the mail from these guys for a $1k loan at 87% - that's absolutely ludacris. To the owner: YOU (and other similarly disgusting loan sharks) are part of many things wrong with this country. Predatory lending is immoral. Obviously I can't say it's "illegal" because your snake lawyers found loopholes in the law, but in principle you should be fined and jailed. I hope you go bankrupt and suffer having to take a predatory loan yourself"
