"Bank is decent. For the most part theyve been good. The issues arise when you actually request something from them like a loan or refinance. They are quick to run your credit but disinterested in following up (def looking at you Mr Contreras). Conveniently on vacation until you force the issue. Stuff like that, when it doesnt feel like theyre interested in working with me, are the things that bother me. In a time when banks are losing trust in the public view youd think theyd adjust accordingly."
