"Terrible work place, owner (Director) doesn’t care about her employees. She doesn’t pay the employees that leave the job. Employees quit due to terrible management. Employees give their all to be treated unfairly & to be yelled at in front of your children. Hires employees that speak minimal English and treats them poorly. Children are also left with 1 teacher in the mornings until the director decides to show up. Oh & if you have an accident don’t expect to be asked if you need an ambulance or early dismissal because she won’t ask & then she will lie about it on the incident report saying you refused these services."

"they don’t pay employees on time OR AT ALL. HR is ran by the management and does not respond via email. when contacting them they reply disrespectful. aisha would constantly yell at the kids, while forcing them to sleep crying."

"UNPROFESSIONAL. I was hired to work for this daycare, I quickly left due to “HR” taking longer than promised to pay you, then having their checks bounce. They follow unsafe practices and are super unstaffed. Director is rude. They also don’t answer the phone, the “HR” number they gave me doesn’t work. They take forever to respond to emails. I would NOT recommend at all."

"When I was originally looking for a daycare for my one year old nothing caused me more anxiety. I was also under an incredible time crunch to find full time care. As soon as my husband and I toured Blocks I knew we had found the perfect place. Our son has now been attending Blocks for 8 months and I can confirm that the staff is truly incredible. He happily goes to school every day, has made friends, and I’ve seen his mental and developmental growth skyrocket since attending. I feel so lucky to have found care for my son that I fully trust, it’s amazing seeing how happy he is everyday I pick him up from Blocks!"

"Teachers are good but the admin is horrible. We sent an email with plenty of notice to let them know of our departure date from the center, manager of the center said we were all good. Admin didn't respond to us until after the window closed saying our date wouldn't work and we'd have to pay for the whole month. Lots of back and forth that ultimately resulted in us losing our deposit because of lack of communication on their end. Had they replied even within a few days of our initial email, we could have made alternative arrangements to withdrawal sooner to avoid paying for an additional month and received our deposit back. They are now ignoring my emails to get my statement for our tax return. I'd simply avoid due to the negligence of the admin team (which others have stated also)."
