"Came for a first haircut package. Made an appointment and came into a very cold/strange and rushed experience. I called ahead to let them know my girl had curly hair but they seemed to not know how to accommodate her tangles on the day of. They used a tight comb with no detangler and my daughter wasn’t very kindly treated or spoken to. Even after we confirmed the 30$ first hair package on the phone a few days ahead, in person they said they “don’t do that anymore.” They should update their website. The whole cut took about 10 minutes and the hairdresser just disappeared after. I wasn’t sure if they were done when I came to check on my daughter. There wasn’t any music or even a hello or goodbye. Very disappointing. We won’t be back."

"I have been going to this place for years now. Never had an issue until today. When maybe the new hairstylist doesn’t have experience with toddlers. She cut my kid ear. On their behalf they didn’t charge me after that but now I have a traumatized toddler. Unfortunately won’t be coming again."

"We wanted to do a last minute haircut for our 1.5 year old son. We found out we are unexpectedly getting induced in a few days due to medical complications, and wanted to get him a “big brother haircut” for pictures. We were originally going to go to Kidsnips, but they didn’t have any appointments for today (new years eve)I called here, and they said they were closing, but would wait for us. We got there, they had adorable little chairs for kids, and he looked so cute sitting there. He cooperated better than I expected, and I even teared up, watching him get his little haircut. We were given several curls of his hair for keepsake, and I am so happy we were able to get in last minute and will definitely come back for his regular haircuts. Thank you for being good to our baby. I am so glad we went to support a small business vs KidSnips"

"I called to see if they had availability for a walk-in for my toddler and to my luck they did. My son hates haircuts, cries and doesn’t sit still. The hairstylist was so kind and helpful throughout the whole experience from the moment we walked in. She not only did a great job but she was so efficient with his haircut on top of having to fix a botched home haircut. I absolutely love the way his haircut came out and he was a happy boy after his show, lollipop and a few adjustments were done. I appreciate their patience and work!! Will definitely be back again :)"
