"This bank is Amazing. I've been with origin for about 25 years, give or take (they used to be Community Trust) and they have never once disappointed me. The staff in North Texas, and specifically the Frisco staff, April, Cotis, Jordan et. al. have provided us with service that borders on ridiculous. They know my family's names, knowing exactly who we are when we call, they understand us and our business, and we can bank with them being confident we are being treated fairly. They have caught fraud and reimbursed me, they have funded no telling how many loans, they have refunded me for transactions I disputed well past what you'd expect a bank to do. They respond to my emails, they personally fix problems, they follow up on every issue. They have always come through on the big things, but it's the daily little ones that really make the difference. They never, ever, nickel and dime you with nonsensical fees. So much more than just a bank. If you aren't banking here you're seriously missing out."
