"Mailed an Easter card to wrong PO box in Uvalde on 4/5/22. Got it back today 10/28/22. 6 months to return first class mail. Mailed a birthday card in August, no sign of it so far. Maybe I’ll get it back in Feb. impossible to reach this post office by phone! Update 11/22, got the birthday card back. Only took 3 months to return to sender."
"On hold for (52) fricking minutes waiting patiently to talk to someone...anyone from the United States of America Postal Service and I finally had to give up! Is this simple foreshadowing of why my mail didn't make it to its final destination after being filled and sent out properly on my end then I can understand why it didn't make it. P.S. Thank all you all for doing such an outstanding job/service and for being so intent on NOT answering your phones. I give you in charge minus 5 STARS."
"This is the third time in the last 3 months that the mail carrier who's route I'm on has not done his job properly. Every time I've ordered a package that won't fit in my mailbox he wont walk the ten feet to my door to deliver it. Heck, he could even drop it off at my apartment's front office like several other mail delivery services do, but he doesn't. What's worse is this is the 2nd time he failed to even leave a undelivered slip. Which means if I didn't pay attention to tracking my packages, I'd never know that I was supposed to receive it on that day. The first time I went in to ask about where my package was it took 30 minutes and two different clerks trying to find it. Along with several instances of being treated as if I was lying and I either had the package or the package wasn't there yet. Even with me providing a tracking number and proof on their website tracker that it was an attempted delivery. Until they called the mail carrier and found out that he 'Forgot' to deliver it the previous day. And despite me filing a non redelivery request online so I could pick it up, he took it anyway to redeliver it. The last time he managed to remember the undelivered slip but wrote my address wrong and the postal clerk at the office spent 10 minutes trying to find my package. And now that it's the 3rd time, with no redelivery slip again, I'm already dreading going into this post office tomorrow to try and find my package without the slip. It means another trip filled with confusion for the clerical workers and possibly more condenscending tones directed at because their carrier forgot to drop off that all important peach colored piece of paper."
