"This place has great service and a beautiful design. Our waitress gave me suggestions on what milkshakes they could make and made an amazing one! I got a grilled cheese with some great tomato soup!! It was fantastic! The onion rings were ok, and the fries were pretty good. I will definitely be going back before returning home from this work trip."

"Go back in time to good food, simple living, and a friendly feels like home atmosphere and you have a recipe for a great downtown centerpiece. The staff were awesome. We stopped in to beat the heat with their cold treats. Their ice cream, shakes, and gelato were so good and just what the doctor ordered. This is a must go to place in Uvalde."

"Awesome old school feel. Loved the oldies played. Burgers looked Bomba and were suggested but taco salad was the craving; fresh and portions were good. Lots of sweets to choose from ice cream to gelato or fresh pies and cakes. Feasible pricing."
