"Ice cream machine it’s always under cleaning Also be aware sauce it’s not free anymore you only get to choose one for your meal. Everything else gets charge and then they don’t even give it to you on your bag so be aware and ask for it Let me add more to the bad off this place now they don’t take orders at the counter you have to use the kiosk no staff available to take your order"

"I would say the foods good just can’t you please double check in case of the order it’s not okay that I paid for something and to not receive it it’s ridiculous honestly I tried calling the store and nobody answers work on doing better!"

"I hate this location! There needs to be people up front to take your order. If you want to use the kiosk, fine, but there should be person-to-person ordering available. I ordered food for our entire family if 6 and the chip reader wasn’t working so it canceled the order! Prices are higher and now we have to do their job!!! Ughhhhhhh! Then I had to literally lean over the counter and ask for help in a loud voice because none of the 5-6 people I saw back there were even paying attention to the front."

"Morning manager gives a LOT of attitude for someone who runs a crew that doesn't help their customers. While sitting in the lobby I saw 5+ people at the counter waiting to be helped, with an entire team in the back. Only one employee was working the front helping customers as the rest of the team was doing anything BUT helping the customers. One employee even walked from behind the counter to the kiosk with all those customers waiting."

"It was open for Christmas! Took the drive-thru, which had a ton of vehicles in it. Moved fairly quickly and our meals were ready at the window. No waiting. Not like those folks that order a bunch of meals and cause a wait, lol. Staff were friendly."
