"If I could leave no stars I would, my order is always wrong. The meat isn't real it's cardboard like (white beef), tried to over charge $20 for something I didn't order. The manager is so rude the way she treats her employees is upsetting and disgusting, they look miserable. They need to bring back the other meat they used to use and hire management that respects employees like human beings."

"We stopped by here on our way home from a vacation in big bend for some supper and found ourselves in the midst of another very irate customer who was being quite confrontational with the staff. The entire staff remained professional in the face of an impossible situation, prepared our food quickly and accurately and I cannot express enough how much our family emphasize with all the staff working there last night. Thank you so much to everyone there for doing what you do and doing it well."

"The employees here made my morning a lot better! I wanted a double stacker and they made me a bacon king and it was even better! Maria the cashier was very personable and easy to communicate with! She had a smile and really made the atmosphere comfortable. The best Burger King I have been to since the 90s!"

"I ordered through the app, showed up and sat the front counter for 5 minutes while the workers ignored me. Then a worker finally starts talking to me. I tell her that I have an app order and to talk to the person behind her putting drive through orders together. I wait and finally get that person's attention. They tell me to get back in line and tell the person at the front counter again. I wait in line again get to the front and she then takes my app order code and asks the back to START MAKING MY ORDER. I have to wait another 5 minutes to get my food. I don't understand what the point of ordering ahead through the app was. To top it all off, I get home and they messed up my order. Eat at literally anywhere else."
