"It says opens at 9. I came at 9 and waiting for 30 mins and nobody still opened the door. My sisters dog is turning 17 and wanted to get her a little cupcake. I called the number and says it’s out of service…. If yall are not going to open on time than yall should put a note on the door."

"They only shaved the right side of my dog? He looked fine when I picked him up because he was curled up in his carrier. But now he looks like this? I mean the cut is fine, so I give them 2 1/2 stars."

"a very strange experience. came in for my dog’s grooming appointment today at 9 am when the store is supposed to be open - but it looked very unwelcoming, like it was under construction: random boxes bags plastic… this already made me a little nervous. Then I came to find out that my dog’s groomer should hopefully be there in the next hour??? Again, it wasn’t a walk-in, it was an appointment for 9am. Then I explained that my dog gets very nervous before grooming and I don’t like the idea of him sitting around waiting for a groomer to hopefully show up for an indefinite period of time (not even talking about my own plans). Cameryn who was helping me tried calling the groomer, who didn’t even pick up, which was just a big red flag for me so we left. The only reason for 2 stars is that Cameryn was nice and tried her best to help, but she was set up to fail because the other groomer was nowhere to be found, the store looked very poorly taken care of, and it seems like she didn’t even have access to re-book me, because she wrote my information on a piece of paper. Wasted an hour on this experience and will not be back."

"Lily did such a great job grooming my little pup! He's so cute now! They were very patient and helpful in getting me to the right website for scheduling online. I definitely recommend them for grooming and yummy dog treats."
