"The staff throughout the store are hardworking and nice. The groomers took Pearlie as a walk-in to get her nails clipped. There were 3 dogs getting groomed and another groomer came and serviced Pearlie. She was finished in less than 10 minutes!!! I didn’t have time to finish drinking my hot tea from a nearby coffee shop! Pearlie and I love this store!!!"

"I can’t speak for all the people that go but I can tell you of my one experience there. Everyone was kind But it seemed like all but the boss were in training and very new. That would concern me and did concern me. I told them I was staying to observe because I felt they were so new and my dog is very sweet and had never had his nails trimmed by a stranger and I didn’t want him to suffer a bad experience and be tainted to a groomer again. The girls all seemed scared and asked many questions of their supervisor. I will say though they loved Bucky and took great care as they worked and learned. Their supervisor was very attentive to her students and helped so much. She also could tell I was anxious about the new people so she stayed with Bucky and pet him the whole time since he was new to the experience. They also stopped grinding once they saw he was starting to be a bit agitated and I really appreciated that. All in all having everyone new was a concern but if I requested the supervisor and got her I’d be ok with it."
