"The employees of this service are clearly thieves.. they deliver the packages on wrong address and take the pictures and fake it.. you can never receive get your packages .. and the customer care is the worst in whole world. If you claim they will send you the picture of wrong delivery address and if you go to wrong address then they refuse it.. it looks like perfect cordination of UPS people.. they clearly steal the packages… Worst people on earth…"

"I have been waiting on a package to be delivered for the past 2 days, my package requires a signature ro be delivered, and for the past 2 days, they will attempt to deliver while I'm stuck at work, I tried calling and having them deliver again later in the day when I'm actually home and I get told I can have it delivered to a pickup location but I have to submit a request application for it and this it takes 24 hours to even process. So I get home and leave a note for the driver to either come back later in the day or call me and I will head home to sign for it. The drivers are too lazy to even do that so now I'm having to wait for a 3rd day for my package that should've been delivered 2 days ago, I will never use ups after this, they don't even try to help you and just try to tell you what you wanna hear so you will hang up, there's no communication and no organization, this company is run by lazy, arrogant, carefree people!"

"They're such a joke, I live in Littlefield and we don't have access to a drop off box or a Drop point at all here in Littlefield, we tried to get UPS to give us one and they keep refusing but yet they're not the ones driving 35 miles or 22 miles to ship a package it's ridiculous I'm tired of them treating us like the redheaded stepchild, there's 6000 of us that live here in Littlefield and there's so many of us that get packages from Amazon that need to be returned it's ridiculous they won't even give us a return box, or at least designated location where we could return them too so they could go out, I wished Amazon would use FedEx instead of UPS we'd all be a lot better off maybe somebody will read this and wake up. If I want to return the package without having to drive they wanna charge me $17 to pick it up how ridiculous they're already here it's not gonna cost them an extra minute to pick up the package."

"UPS sucks so bad. Paid over $90 for overnight delivery before 10:30 am. 2 days ago. They missed day one. They have now missed day 2. Wonder if i will ever get my package that i paid over $90 for? Second time they have done this to me. Use FedEx, they can't be any worse than this place!"

"Your driver thought it would be cool to peel out of my driveway into my yard and then again leaving my property. Do yall train them to not reverse. Next time it happens we will have a more lengthy discussion. On the Morton TX route. 11-11-22"
