"The cab driver’s car was filthy. He was sitting waiting for us, but did not call me. I called the dispatch and they described him to me. He took us down MLK, which I think might have been a longer route. He said something about construction. The ride from the airport to TTU campus was $26 which was pricey to us. We used Uber to go back to the airport."

"I called this service on April 20, 2022. They were very late arriving. The car was dirty and had trash in trunk. The drivers husband was drunk and passed out in the front seat. You could smell the liquor in the car. Driver said company kept giving her the wrong address that is why she was late. I had to get hotel to help me with my luggage. I felt like she way over priced as I paid her $35 cash for 3.2 miles? I called the company to report and Ashley in office said it was being addressed? She didn’t know if this was still happening or not? She also said they allow drivers to have family members ride in the cars? I would never recommend this service again. BEWEAR. I also had hotel employee tell me the driver and her husband were alcoholics which I also told Ashley. I am a senior citizen and have no reason to make this up? My hotel was a wear also as they helped me with my bags. I did have a great experience when I left for airport with Royal Town Car and gave them a great review as they were on time at 4:15am and car was immaculate and driver was very professional and respectful."
