"Thanks American Airlines for the terrible return home..7 different gates in Dallas and finally (late as hell we came home without our luggage)…and as we live out of town you guy’s say you’re gonna deliver it…haha little did we know y’all were going to give it to some company that doesn’t even answer their phone and I mean 1 phone…here’s to American Airlines “Never Again “"

"Flight itineraries (gate and departure/arrival) changed 3 times. Arrival scheduled for 10:57pm -arrived at 1:48am Returning (paid) flights were completely cancelled and rescheduled for the following day after I was already on the way to the airport. No offer for refund, vouchers or help with extra out of pocket expenses! Avoid American Airlines if at all possible"

"Called for 2 days leaving messages to confirm that my lost luggage is in fact there, and leaving messages. Cannot get anyone from American Airlines to answer the phone or return a phone call. Attempted to go directly through AA main customer service line and after 3hrs on hold and over 5hrs with no reply through their messaging system. It wouldn’t be much of a hassle if it wasn’t over 3hrs round trip to just go “check”."

"American Airlines customer service in Lubbock was absolutely terrible. Our flights were cancelled several times out of Dallas due to weather. We got to the point where the next available flight was the next day and it would have been better to drive than fly at that point. So we went to the ticket counter, and talked to the ticket agent and she was horribly rude. She said that we don't rebook or refund flights due to weather and was not at all interested in helping. I called customer service for the airline, and waited for almost an hour, but they had no problem cancelling and refunding my ticket. American Airlines, I know that weather delays happen. It's expected and understandable. However, bad customer service is never acceptable. Those that are working your front lines need a remedial training in customer service and how to treat the customer right. They are the ones paying money to use your airline."
