"On 8/8/23 at 5:00 p.m., I witnessed a Kids First passenger van drive around a line of cars waiting for the red light at South Grand and Miami, through oncoming traffic, and run a red light that had been red for nearly a minute. Absolutely unacceptable behavior for a normal driver, but a professional driver that drives for a children’s day care? Terrifying. Child endangerment!"
