Reviews of Training Up A Child LLC
"Please do not send your child here! This is the worst school by far. There is no communication between staff and the director. The turn over rate here for teachers is ridiculous. They will literally hire anyone without any experience, which isn’t good learning for your kids.. teachers are uneducated and has no urgency for the children. The director mrs erma is absolutely the worst director ever too!!! She could never communicate until the last minute , would never hold teacher’s responsible for the poor actions. Lastly, the 3/4 old teacher is never paying attention to any of the kids. She will literally sit down doing everything, not active at all with the children just pure laziness. I wish I could give this daycare 0 stars so please read this review and do not send your child there!"
"MS ERMA IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DIRECTOR I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. My child stepped on a toy before school the director said he could stay . But he stayed . While he was there a teacher spoke with the director and said they could work out . The director kept saying how she fractured her leg and it never healed ! She is comparing her 50 year old body to a 4 year old that was literally running around when he got to school and when I had to come and pick him up . It’s pathetic. And to keep confusion down I’m only including Ms ERMA the directors name . The other teacher is lovely . But the fact that she shared with me that she talked to the director . THE DIRECTOR SIMPLY DID NOT WANT TO SWALLOW HER PRIDE AND ALLOW MY CHILD TK COMPLETE THE DAY. Not only that, my child came home and played outside with bubbles and ran all over my house . He did not sprain his ankle and was able to fully function by having a light day. The teacher and I agreed that the director needed to swallow her pride . Due to past issues I brought my child to this school and the director was only professional for a few days . DONT enroll your child in this school . The teachers are lovely but the director is a snake and truly doesn’t know what she is doing ."
"My little girl has learned so much at this school. Kim is two yrs old and knows what most kindergarteners don't know on the first month of school. The teachers and administration are very helpful and friendly."
"There was regular turnover, the director and the staff seem friendly, however, they rarely follow through on what is outlined in the parent handbook. My daughter went on one field trip, which was scheduled at the last minute and there was no action plans if they came into trouble with a child. I was very disappointed with the service."
"Do not send your child to this day care.....I had an horrible experience with them with my child...... My son is 17 months and was in the toddler room were its suppose to be two teachers in the class room....well one teacher left the class room leaving one teacher by her self with at least 8 children.... The children was sitting at the table getting ready for lunch while the teacher was sitting on the floor not paying the kids any attention.... While she's on the floor with her back turn towards my son table my son was playing in a chair for at least two min before he fell and chipped his two....when he fel she picked him up and says 'see Chase that's what happens when you play in the chair'....What teacher will say something like that he's a typical toddler and you suppose to be watching him and if she was doing her job the situation would never happend if she wasn't sitting on her butt....The teachers or the assistant director wasn't apologizing about the situation or anything they didn't show that they was concern or nun of that.....They get new teachers every week which I never understood...please listen to me and don't send your child to that un organized ghetto school..."
