"On Feb 6, 2024 I took my kids for rollerskating and happened to lose my wallet. I called and spoke to Patrick who was kind enough to walk back and look for it. He found it and kept it at the front desk for me. I really appreciate his kindness."
"Great gym and offers lots of sports for kids, however if you pay for the family membership because you want to utilize the child watch, they have a one hour limit - wheresas ofallon has 3 hour limit and Belleville/maryville has 2 hours. They will call you and tell you you’re over the one hour limit even if there are only two children in the watch. That’s hardly enough time to get in a full work out or class, and what am I paying a membership for them for?? Also they close child watch for things like Halloween. I would recommend O’Fallon Club Fitness if you’re a mom. Best bang for your buck if you live close enough ."
"I have a liked this facility, for several years. My kids have even done summer camp. However, recently they have went through some policie changes. The price hikes which I can understand, but the policy changes are terrible. If you join a class with your kids and go once, you used to get your money at least half your money back. Which still sucks, because you can't try before you buy. But now they've gotten so greedy you don't get any money back. I had been informed by the worker I would get at lest half my money back, but I the received a call from the Manager saying that they don't do that anymore. So, I canceled my entire family membership in response. Also, if you sign up for the 24hr access, and don't use it or get can't get it to work, they will not get give you any money back. Even though they can look and see that you never used it they will continue to charge your membership.I contacted the Manger over both departments, and that was the response I received. This is just a sad way of doing business, and I don't know how long people will put up with such bad management. But, don't worry my money spends elsewhere, and I will inform other parents I know."
"went here ALL THE TIME when i was little; it's definitely one of my favorite places. it's cheap, the rollerblading is so much fun, and the food is good. they play fun games when you're out on the rink. i miss going here so so much."
"Great place for kids parties and skating. Just make sure you bring your own skates. The house skates are out of alignment on the multiple pairs I tried on and the inlines are worn down pretty bad as well."
