"I would’ve loved to rate this location highly, but the customer service today was absolute garbage. After the cashier rang me out for an extra product that I didn’t receive, I tried to get a refund. Because I used apple pay and did not have the physical card all the could offer was a gift card. Obviously I should be able to get my own money back, especially when it wasn’t my mess up. But hey, all they wanted to do was give me a condescending “have a nice day” as i left visibly frustrated. I just feel like regardless the amount of the refund, you don’t basically laugh in your customers face or make them feel like there’s nothing you can do for them. I’ll never shop this location again."
