"Half of the games were not operating properly. Too much space left available for a buffet area that was hardly used. Food was hot but bland. Drinks were flat, but server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. Some of the things on the menu were not an option. Hostess was kind and informative. Hostess saved somethings we accidently left at the table so that was sweet. Overall, wouldn't go back for arcade or food. May return for bowling and drinks."

"We recently had the pleasure of visiting Edison's Entertainment Complex on our annual Community Link Staff Appreciation Day, and I must say it was an absolute blast! This outing was a fantastic way for our staff to unwind, bond, and feel valued for our hard work during this past year. The entire experience we had here left a lasting, positive impression on all of us. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and had a great layout, making it easy to navigate and find the games and attractions our staff were interested in. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, anticipating our needs before we even knew what we needed. The variety of options ensured that everyone, regardless of age or gaming preferences, had a fantastic time. Jamie Barger, the Director of Sales was absolutely amazing to work with and made organizing the whole day extremely easy (at least on my end). Jamie and her staff had everything running smoothly from the moment we arrived at the facility. The food was absolutely delicious, especially those garlic cheese sticks!! I cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our time here. I wholeheartedly recommend Edison's Entertainment Complex to anyone looking for a fantastic outing, and I'm already looking forward to returning in the future with my family or for another Staff Appreciation Day. "Edison is edwardsvilles Supreme entertainment complex. The bowling alleys are numerous and in Great condition. It appears as if they got new bowling balls. The bar and arcade are good. The laser tag is a good laser tag experience however it sometimes is very empty or only little kids. They have a vr ride which is very fun but a little pricey. The air hockey table however is very bad along with quite a bit of wear and tear on some of the arcade machines. This is overall a great experience for family and friends."

"I wanted to go bowling to my birthday and this seemed like it had something for everyone. We bowled and played in the arcade. When the kids are older I'd love to try the laser tag and eat at the restaurant! We did have a hard time finding lighter balls for the kids and the lanes are pretty close to each other. I grew up with bowling etiquette where you wait for the person next to you to bowl before you do. This is not on the establishment but with very close lanes and everything on the same level it's distracting if you're actually being competitive. We were there for fun and loved seeing all of the other families. And two lanes share a seating section so you'll make friends if they're busy. The bathrooms were good and the staff was helpful. We got bumpers for certain members of the family (they're electronically linked to each name and pop up for their turn) and that was awesome. We'd love to go back but maybe not at their busiest time."
