"The staff is not friendly. My kids was sent home several times DITRY! They don’t wash the kids hands . The place is unsanitary. The director also charged me an extra $100 a week to care for my special needs child that gets state assistance with a sliding fee of $0 it is ILLEGAL to charge a parent extra for a special needs child!!"

"I picked my son up and his hands and feet was filthy and muddy. The teacher didn’t have enough sense to clean him up before sending him out the door. Also the staff is rude and only speak when they feel like speaking."

"Both of my boys attends this learning center and I can truly say that the staff treats your kids as their own. My 2 year old is learning so much. I really enjoy each and ever teacher."

"This is the worst daycare ever. My kids have been in different daycares in Texas and Puerto Rico. And this was the worst experience ever. My son started having behavior problems there and it was just when he was there because when he was at school I didn’t have any problems at all. Both of my kids came home different times with bite marks on the back and arms. We had discrimination problems since the beggining. The teachers don’t pay attention to the kids and they never care about their stuff. I know that the kids play alot and their cloths get dirty but this place was a disaster; dirty clothes and shoes every single day. I can still writting a huge list of why this is the worst daycare ever but I would be here the whole day. Also, the teachers get pissed If you call them asking about your kids."

"My daughter has been going to Tendercare since she was 6 months old! I absolutely love everyone there. If I have any problems they always correct it! Tara and the staff there are the best. They have been there for not only my daughter but me as well!! It’s not just a daycare it’s an actual learning center and they do learn!!!!"
