Not only is Matthew outgoing and pleasant, but he also has an immaculate eye for piercing placement and how jewelry will frame/accentuate certain features of the face. He’s absolutely great, and I’ll be back in a month to get a vertical labaret! The brow piercing was nearly painless, and I was in and out super fast! I cannot recommend Pink Rhino enough! ❤️"
