Legendary Spa

"I’ve been going here for months with awesome results but recently had the worse manicure of my life at this location. I’ve been getting gel overlay on my natural nails and was looking to get a new gel overlay mani. The nail tech (I hadn’t seen or used her before) drilled down my nails so thin that in 3 spots you can see the red skin underneath. It’s the most painful thing I’ve experienced. I immediately stopped the tech and left without finishing my nails. Upon getting home I realized they were so thin that I had to cut every nail short to prevent them from breaking. Now I’ll have to grow my nails out for the next 3 to 4 months before I can get them done again. Totally ruined my nails. Haven’t heard back yet from the location …. I sent them photos today. Waiting to hear from the manager."

"Came here twice, and both times, my nails broke within two days. They do fix it but are very inconsiderate of their customers' time. They will always start 5 to 20 minutes after your appointment time, even if you have the first appointment of the day."

"Update: This is my fourth month after my first Gel X overlay, and I’m obsessed!! My nails have never looked better, and I’ve had no issues with the gel x weaning my actual nail. Every single person who has done my nails has done an amazing job and their attention to detail impresses me every time. It was my first time getting the Gel X overlay. My nails are very thin and traditional gels destroy my nails. Cant wait to see how the Gel X lasts over the next 3 weeks, but initial thoughts are the nails look great. They are slightly thicker than a dip or gel manicure, but I prefer that as my nails are thin."

"Sadly Legendary is not what I expected. Social media made me want to try them out and it was a disappointment. My cuticles have never bled so much. I got cut 8 times. Tech was barely able to stop the bleeding. The way Legendary handle cuticles is not safe nor sanitary. I had a spa manicure 2 weeks ago at another place so my cuticles were not even bad to begin with. I had bare nails and was only getting a regular no chip manicure with no design. The whole experience at Legendary was painful, at this point I just hope I do not get an infection. I hope Legendary takes time to train their staff better as this process is not safe nor sanitary."

"Best gel manicure I’ve ever had. Nataliia is amazing! I recently got gel-x for the first time which helped grow out my nails. When I came back from my next gel-x appointment, they were extremely helpful when I was trying to decide between sticking with gel-x or going for gel overlay. Went for gel overlay. I’d definitely recommend coming here."
