"I booked a spa pedicure which is $30 more than their regular pedicure offered. I arrived after someone in the middle of their pedicure and finished before them (their spa pedicures are advertised as a longer service than the basic ones). The nail tech was extremely rough, got lotion all over the chair which then transferred to my pants, the massage chairs were broken, and the experience wasn't as advertised. I don't recommend coming here. My service felt like an inconvenience to the woman there. There are so many other places to go in the area that are worth their value. There are very similar reviews of this same place, just go elsewhere."
"I came here with a few of my friends and the service was amazing. I really enjoyed the environment and the kind workers there. I asked for a no chip manicure and my nails have lasted for a really long time compared to other nail salons and I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you Be Polished!"
"This place was bad. They have a limited selection of colors and the things the color samples are on are dull and old. Pedicure was ok. Manicure was really bad. They switched me around so 3 different people did my nails. They were so rough while removing my old no chip. Then they started telling me I have weak nails. I have long healthy nails that no one has ever described as weak. I found that to be a rude comment. She only cleaned up cuticles for two nails… what? What finally pushed me over the edge was an horrible, uneven, and messy polish job. I will be going to another salon to have this removed and fixed. I do not recommend."
