"My daughter's school had a bake sale here to benefit a local pet rescue. We hung out for about 2hrs with all the other kindergarteners, parents, rescue volunteers, and teachers. Although I'm sure we were in the way a bit, the employees were kind and accommodating. In fact, Alyssa took time to kindly explain to me how to properly care for a betta and guide me through the store, pointing out what we'd need. She was super helpful, and even though we didn't get a fish, we'll come here to buy! They also had really GREAT prices - I was surprised that they had better prices/quality than the big two pet stores everyone thinks of. We'll definitely be back!"

"Always find what I need. Friendly staff, even load heavy items for me. Pricing could be a little more competitive. Lower prices means more money spent."

"I would give this place a 3.5 but it's not an option. The reason being is the floor staff...you either can't get help or they are rude in a nice way, if this makes sense. I would much rather go here than PetSmart or PetCo. The folks in the grooming area are great and so are the people at the cash registers."

"Last December my sister told me about: "Pet Supplies Plus" at Bulverde Rd. to get some dried food by Primal, where she saw for a Yorkie. We found pretty good deals buy 2 bags and get one free, so we came back today January 14th and ask Brenda how often they have those deals and she kindly explained it to us they used to have those on Dec. but if you register wth your e mail online, after your 12 th buy you'll get one for free! My sister asked her about the bath and nail trim for puppies. Guys let me tell you we won't go back no more to Petsmart, because: 1.- It is more expensive. 2.- Always it is full packed. 3.- Even if you get an appointment today, will be for Sunday or next week. And finally and the best, it is so nearby home!."
