"BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! BEWARE OF TAKING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!!!! Don’t do it!!!! My dog was absolutely stressed and stunk, coughing and not eating! Another dog tore up her bowl and pillow and she lied!!!!! I should have checked further reviews and her cheap fees are for a reason!! Chance and another new reception look suspect! The owner wasn’t there! PAY THE MONEY TO TAKE YOUR DOG ELSEWHERE!!!!!! If my dog is sick, they will be dealt with!!!! Don’t TAKE YOUR DOG! It’s a business that is going downhill fast!!!! BEWARE, BEWARE, Beware!!!!!"

"Kay is a natural with our two cats. She calmly and confidently handles them for claw trimmings regularly without as much as a “meow” from our very finicky pets. Her price is better than most and her services are certainly more personal and enjoyable to watch. Kay’s Kuts is convenient and has plenty of parking. Her facility is clean and very orderly."

"I have been going to kayz for about 6 years. I have taken a total of 5 dogs to her. The service has been good however the past couple of times I have taken my 3 dogs I have noticed little thing's thats were not right,uneven cuts etc.THIS time I need to let you all know . I have a mini maltese that I brush every 1-2 days and a doodle. Their hair was getting a little long NOT MATTED. I asked for a summer cut. I got my dogs back bald!! SHAVED all hair gone except their face and tails. WHY??!!! Would anyone do that to a dog that had the silky coat. And to top it off she has a large sore on the underside of her neck. She is now on medication and wearing an e collar My dod is traumatized. She will not go outside by herself and has been hiding underneath the bed since this happened. When I called she said she misunderstood and thought I said to shave them???? and said if there was a sore there she would have noticed. YOU PUT IT THERE LADY.I will NEVER take my dogs back. I am so angry that I didn't even get an apology after 6 years I would give them a zero if I could BEWARE"

"Initially I was reluctant and scared to bring my cat(s) here because of several negative reviews. However this place is so close and my cat was in urgent need of grooming. Everywhere else is always booked. I HAVE SINCE brought my cat to Kayz Kutz 4-5 visits now and honestly she does an AMAZING JOB!!!!! I LOVE HOW THEY OPERATE and I am grateful that they always have openings! Not a lot of places can take cats and I feel she is a pro with cats! My cats never seem traumatized after and I’ve brought a mess of matted situations to her. I use to fear leaving my cat behind closed doors because you can never be too sure how animals are treated. However they’ve gained my trust and I feel safe bringing them here. Plus I always ask if there’s anyway she can shave the mats without shaving my cat entirely, and she’s always very direct/transparent in whether she thinks she can or can’t. Most of the times when she says she doesn’t think she can, I get surprised when I pick up my cat, and she pulls it off!!!! Almost every-time she had managed to remove my cats mats without completely shaving her! I appreciate her actually trying cuz I know she could just shave my cat especially when I already knew to expect it. She’s a miracle worker with that (but of course I maintain realistic expectations). I will say this recent time I let it get too bad so I understood that it was time for my cat to get her first lions cut!! Also in no way do I think she’s rude (which I was cautious of due to reviews), as a fellow business owner, I see that she is an honest and stern in her assessment. My personal experience she is quite nice and so is every front desk employee I’ve encountered here! This review is long overdue because I’ve been very satisfied each and every time! It relieves so much stress, guilt, and embarrassment to pick up my cats tangle free and squeaky clean!"
