"Do not get livestock here! Brought home a baby hedgehog and since day one she wasn't eating at all. They claim she was the most active one from the bunch but she was always asleep ( they are nocturnal ) and she was sleeping at night and day. She did have a scar on her belly and when I called about her Joel did give me some advice but before I could she had passed away the next night. I brought her back explaining what happened and they told me they can give me %10 off my NEXT animal! Didn't want to refund the cage that I received from them. The receipt said no guarantee on livestock but not items. I have the cage and animal less than 5 days."

"First time visiting this store. Drove down from New Braunfels. My wife and I were instantly impressed with the cleanliness and condition of their animals and fish. The staff was very friendly and helpful. So far this is the only store I've found with a good healthy selection of fancy goldfish and koi. Prices on animals and products are better than average. I will be back and recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality pet store."

"This place is awesome. All the staff greet you and will help you with all your fish/reptile needs. They have a great selection of fish and products. All the aquarium plants I’ve bought there have flourished. Great quality products. The parking is in the back so you don’t have to fight for street parking. Great place for all your fish keeping needs."

"Worst experience ever my husband went in yesterday to go purchase fish and ask the manager for guidance and direction how about to go about the fish the manager told him just to use the same water, we woke up this morning to all of our fish dead called to see if I can get my fish replace spoke to the owner letty she said we couldn’t replace our fish told her I employee gave us the wrong direction and she was admin that all her employees have been working there for a long time and would never say that, she then ask her manager about my husband and the manager told letty he’s been helping my husband for couple which is false we only been to there store one time and that was yesterday I told her then to review he cameras and u could see we only went yesterday she then stated she can only give a 25% discount I would never recommend going back worst experience didn’t even feel like she was understanding where I was coming from as an costumer she was only siding with her employee, and letty also told me nobody has ever had any issues with he fish but if u scroll down another lady left a bad review about her fish dying as well just 5 days ago"
