"Terrible service. Book a shipping and paid for the pickup but then never even show up to get the package. Keep telling me tomorrow for the past few days"

"We've been waiting on a shipment for almost a week now. It arrived in Austin last Thursday and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, and now it's Wednesday and still no delivery. We've called the main number for the company 3 days in a roll and they said the only thing they can do is to "escalate" and send the Austin location an internal email and that we would get a call back, which we have not. We found the phone number to the local Austin location and called several times. No one answers the phone and the message says to leave a message but the system won't allow it, probably because the voicemail box is full. This used to be UPS freight but now called T Force Logistics. We deal with sending and receiving shipments worldwide all the time. This company is a total joke and incompetent, as shown by the low rating and the same issues we are having posted by others. Everyone should be fired at the Austin location and replaced by others who will actually do their jobs. This company is pathetic and operated by a bunch of clowns."

"This company missed multiple pickups for us and never helped us if we called to come to an amicable resolution. They took the money from Amazon and ran. They never fulfill their contract on time. Some lady that is a manager for the Austin branch had the audacity to cancel our pickup so that they got paid by Amazon, but left our inventory in limbo."

"Scheduled an appointment window for expensive equipment. Had crew waiting around all day to receive. Called the 800 number, 'the office has decided to reschedule your appointment, and their closed now' which is to say if I hadn't called they would have just dropped it in the street the next day with no one to receive in the rain. Zero communication. Didn't call me to schedule the first time, definintely didn't call when they decided to reschedule the agreed upon appointment window. Read everyone else's reviews. Tracking is awful."

"My delivery never made it in time. When I called customer service they were not even able to communicate with their driver due to a language barrier. Not sure when I will be receiving my package. Also they give a 13 hour window of when the package should arrive which makes no since. How can someone wait around for a package to be delivered for a whole day. Time management must not be a priority for this company. I hope Home Depot, Lowe’s and Ikea make better choices when getting a company to deliver their goods or I don’t know hire your own people for deliveries."
