They had a puppy jumping and pawing at us behind the glass. We decided to play with him and fell in love. (We have never even heard of a cavapoo lol) He has been an amazing edition to our family. His potty and sleep training have been almost effortless and he is the cutest thing we have ever seen."

On Christmas Eve, the puppy showed no improvement, leading to an emergency visit to the veterinarian and incurring an unexpected and staggering bill totaling many thousands of dollars. It is disheartening to think that the well-being of these innocent animals is being compromised for the sake of profit at the end of their year. My children are in tears as we wait at the emergency room, uncertain if the puppy will make it through the night. I implore you to reconsider supporting Pet Land Frisco for pet purchases. The store failed to fulfill its responsibilities despite clear communication about the puppy's condition, leading to a devastating outcome that could have been prevented with proper care during the initial check-up. "We got our beautiful pup here. All pups are AKC certified and come with papers. Yes there is easy approved financing. Important things to note, your pup comes with everything you need to go home with him (kennel, puppy pads, food, supplements, etc). Our pup was sick and they covered the vet visits to get him better asap. Now he is all better and he’s doing great. The staff at Petland is amazing and so helpful and understanding. They take great care of these pups! I can’t wait to go back and get another one!"

"The staff was nice, i got a puppy from them. She was sick a few days later but it was handled at the vet. She doesn't care for the antibiotics but shes almost done with her 10 day treatment. Beautiful pup."
