Aggregate Haulers LP

"A truck from this company was in front of me this morning right before I needed to exit (so I couldn't move out of that lane). Rocks were dropping out of the back of the truck and scraped my hood and shattered my front windshield. I took pictures of the truck involved. I am currently reaching out to this company to see if they will cover damages. I will update once I have received a response to see how they handle this. Update 6/1/23: Took some perseverance but I finally found them on Facebook and someone who responded to comments. My info was given to the Austin manager Cutter, who was a pleasure to work with. Because of the photos I took off the truck involved that included rocks falling from the back of the truck and not from the road. He was able to expedite the process and approve the repairs. I have a new windshield coming next week. This experience was way different than I expected. I thought for sure no business would pay for damages they could get away with not paying. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with this company. For anyone out there seeing to do business with them, I give two thumbs ups!"
