Oak Bluffs Therapy & Executive Coaching is a boutique therapy practice located in the heart of Preston Center in Dallas, Texas. Our team of licensed, doctorate or masters-level therapists specialize in evidence-based psychotherapy services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. We work collaboratively with our clients to create personalized treatment plans and provide support in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, co-dependency, grief, and relationship challenges.

Our clinical director, Dr. Susan White, ensures that each client receives comprehensive care and our therapists form genuine bonds with patients to help them achieve their desired results. We offer 1:1 psychotherapy, group therapy, parent consultations, and workshops to support our clients on their journey towards self-discovery and self-care.

Oak Bluffs Therapy & Executive Coaching accepts a number of insurance plans, including Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, and more. We also provide superbills for out-of-network clients. Our therapists offer both in-person and virtual sessions using a secure HIPAA platform for video sessions.
