The guy piercing her ears was so sweet, thorough, and made my normally anxious daughter feel super comfortable. The other staff members we encountered were just as nice and helpful! Can’t wait to go back!"

"We came back to get my daughter’s ears pierced a second time because she was young the first time and she had healing challenges. The owner was very rude and disrespectful to me saying that I didn’t follow his instructions and that I didn’t listen to him. He preceded to talk to my 11 year old daughter about the cleaning processes and said he wouldn’t talk to me because I clearly didn’t listen to him. I will never go back."

"Amazing experience for my twin daughters!!!! Turning 5 next week, they have been asking me to get their ears pierced for a while now. After a very pleasant conversation, and all of my questions were answered and my mind was put to ease. We scheduled our appointment. I'm so glad we chose bead world for their first piercing experience. Bobby was amazing with both of my girls, and had them calm and happy the whole time. "What a disappointment. After telling my youngest of 5 that Bobby at Bead world is the only person I trust to Pierce her nose she was finally old enough to take her there and get the piercing that she has been bugging me for. I had taken my 3 oldest daughters there over the years for all their piercings, and had assumed that the infections that two of them had were their own faults. First Bobby the owner and piercer was pretty rude to my daughter about her choice of clothing. I thought he was joking but he made my daughter uncomfortable. Then he wasn’t sure how to position the nose piercing and had to wait for his daughter told him decide where to put it on her nose. Before piercing after she picked the stud, he called his daughter over and was complaining about how they need to send a bunch of their studs back because they looked defective and I had a little bumps on them. Then he pierced it, but he did not send the piercing, nor did he put a clasp on. We left and we’re driving down the road. I was looking right at my daughter when she told her head and it slipped right out of her nose. We immediately went back and told him that it slipped out and he started accusing her of touching it in pulling it out. I explained that I watched it fall out, and he told me that that is impossible and his many decades of piercing it is never happened no piercing has ever fallen out on its own. After reading the reviews, we find tons of people who claim that they fell out after having been pierced by him, but he was freaking horrible and rude about it. He did replace it but again about an hour later, it fell out again. This time we decided to call somewhere else, and we went to atmosphere in Schaumburg. The young lady who was doing their piercings was very pleasant. Put a new start in with a nice backing, and wouldn’t even take any money from us. Atmosphere also said that anytime she wants to change out her nose stud that we can just come in and they will change it for free. We would recommend going to see Anna at atmosphere for all your piercings, and stay away from bead world."
