"Called to make an appointment based off of a Groupon deal I found. I have never been here before but the reviews looked promising. Mark answered the phone and I explained I wanted a set of full highlights for an evening appointment. He stated appointment date the following week at 4:30 appointment. I work until 5 so I asked for a later time he responded with, the latest appointment they do during the weekdays are 4:30. So I asked for a weekend, which he stated they don't schedule groupon appointments on the weekend. Seemed sort of rude that they won't work with you for the people who won't take off work early just for their hair. And that 4:30 is the latest."
