"The salon was very orderly and clean. The young lady at front desk was very nice. I was late and apologized. The stylist was gracious genuine and welcoming. She asked good questions and made me feel comfortable by answering mine. She handled my hair with care. Didn’t flinch when I changed direction we had discussed and agreed on. I am very happy with my haircut and style. I felt like Lia was thoughtful and experienced. I like her and will schedule with her again."
