The staff is all super friendly, the environment is super clean, they have really comfy massage chairs and they don’t use any drills, which has been detrimental to my nail health. Rachel and her team really care about doing things the right way and always make sure you walk out with nails that make you happy! Their prices are awesome as well."

"*****UPDATE***** After reading the owner response I am highly offended that you guys would insult me and lie. I DO NOT have the wrong location LOL WOW!! You guys know there is an Abby that work there because I saw her name tag and took a picture. You guys are the location next to SUSHI togo so yes I in fact have the RIGHT location. Take ownership of your POOR customer service. You guys didn't want to turn down money so you guys tried to squeeze me in and rushed me out! Like I said I will NEVER go back there and NO i will not delete my honest review. Don't take appointments if you cant fulfill them First time here and will be my last!!! I called for a 9am appt and they said they can take me. I get there at 9 and the pedicure was over by 9:10!! Abby did my pedicure and she had a 9:15 appt so she rushed my pedicure. The paint job was very sloppy and rushed. I politely paid and left. No tip of course and I ALWAYS tip. I will never go back. I was ok with going at a later time. I don’t want to be cheated out of a pedicure. I will go back to doing my own pedicures like I’ve been doing"

"I love pureblanc nail!!! I’ve been getting my no-chip nails done there for years now and it’s the only place I will go from now on after going to many other nail salons. It doesn’t chip even after 3 weeks and I do house chores all day!! The place is always so clean and cozy!! I can’t wait to get my mani & pedi next week!!!! "Got a dip powder manicure July 20, 2022. Nails already starting to peel the next day. These pictures are from Saturday, July 23, 2022. Now I have like 5 nails peeling. Not happy and will never go back."

"Rachel and her team are so sweet! There are a wide selection of colors for no-chip and the salon feels very safe with temperature checks upon arrival and partitions between each customer as well as between you and the nail technician. The only thing I wish for: more color options for dip powder. I've been very happy with the quality of service and my dip manicure lasts for 3-4 weeks :)"
