"Services with the counselors and psychiatrists are great, but I could never reach anyone at the front desk to reschedule my appointment. I called multiple days in advance and I did not get through to a person once. I left them a voicemail to cancel my appointment but I haven't heard back from anyone."

"At first they were great. Loved my child's therapist, they took insurance, and billing was easy. Then, they were bought out. Yanked my son's therapist with only 1 weeks notice, then "accidentally" canceled his last appointment without telling us so that we showed up (an hour drive). And then tried to push us to a therapist that wasn't in specialty. Still charged for all of these mess ups. I asked to speak to management and never was allowed or got a call back. Whatever you might have heard before , they are no longer good caring people."

"This place is awful! I decided to make an appointment with a student intern (Kristen Wheeler) the price should be $25 and they charge me $165 and they claim that I didn't saw a student intern. Even when I have an email from her tell me that it was a pleasure meeting with me. I'm trying to get this fix and is a pain to be calling the billing department that doesn't help at all. Their is a lot more people with this type of problem with this place I'm not the only one. They like to over charge."

"I have an amazing counselor (Jena) but we started sessions before Apple took over the company. APPLE is AWFUL!!!! Stay away!!!!! Billing is THE WORST!!! I have had to report them a few times to my insurance. Save yourself a headache. Jena Johnson-Sternberg is amazing though! ❤️"

"Utterly disappointed with the lack of communication and disregard for their client's time. My kid's appointment was canceled, and I was never contacted after a month-long wait for the appointment. No apology was given, and no explanation for what happened. Insurance information / acceptance was handled with confusion and disregard. Due to the sensitive nature of this business, one would assume that clients would be handled in a more professional matter. If you have a schedule with them, make sure you check if you are really scheduled and avoid wasting your time."
