"This was the absolute worse experience I've ever had with a counselor. I had an appointment schedule for 10 am so I arrive around 9:55 so as not to be late. Me and another woman sit outside her office for 30 minutes because the doors are locked, lights are off and no one is answering the phone. This is ridiculous. If someone is seeking counseling they are looking for somewhere to find solace not get stood up like being on a blind date. PS It's several hours later and I still haven't heard a peep from her office even after leaving a voicemail."
