"Customer service is great but....... Place sells expired food. I am not talking about 1 month, 2 months or 3 months. I am talking about 4 months!!! Do not buy food from here, if you do look at the dates. It was not just one item. Picked up 4 different chips ( 4 different brands) all expired."

"Be VERY careful before you make any purchases. Bought a 50 dollar water pipe, got home realized it didn't have a down stem and is basically just a horribly over sized dry pipe. The owner refused to allow me to just simply exchange it even though I was just in there like 20 minutes prior and hadn't used the pipe. They inspected it and knew it would not work the way it should. They don't care. Expect the unexpected when inspecting things before buying here. It not working properly definitely explained why it seemed cheap. Now I paid 50 dollars for something I still have to buy again. Won't be returning."

"Never had any issues with this place until today. Customer service is usually great and products/selection are pretty good, but the return policy is horrible. I bough 3 of the Posh XL disposable vapes yesterday and when I opened one of them it was leaking and wouldn’t even work. When I tried to exchange it today, I was told “They could not take it back because I didn’t open the product in the store in front of the cashier.” What kind of policy is that? So after spending a total of $66 yesterday, I am now out $22 because of this. Needless to say I am not very happy and will not be coming back. Take your business elsewhere!"

"I went in to buy a glass weed pipe a little over a month ago and the kid working behind the counter was super cool and helped me right away. It's a fairly nice looking pipe for the price. Definitely would recommend a trip."
