Really don’t think he knows what he’s doing half the time. Lied to mine and families face multiple times. And put my life at risk when he couldn’t figure out what was truly wrong I suggest if you’re reading this find another neurologist immediately."

"Dr.Adzotor Kwasi is an incompetent Doctor who likes to disregard his patients symptoms and likes to waste people times as much as like to waste his time. This Doctor has been nothing but an absolute hell. Not once has he resupplied my Husband medication for his Seizures, but also told him he needs to stop taking it. There’s been multiple times where Dr has told my Husband not take His medication that was prescribed to him by the ER, which resulted numerous Seizures underneath his care, unfortunately my husband had lost his job due to Doctor lack of communication. Because of the Doctor negligence, my husband had trouble's finding any urgent care to resupply his Medication. For anyone who seeking any Neurologist, Please save yourself money and time by avoiding this MD at all cost. He will WASTE your time. He does not care about his patients. We found a way better Neuro and he left with questions answered and was satisfied."

"Don’t waste your time worst doctor no bedside manners. His staff is the worst. Doctor doesn’t listen and doesn’t even look at your chart. Ask for help with pain and test to get done. Neither doctor or staff help they are incompetent . A very long wait and a lot of elderly who he doesn’t take time to explain anything to anyone. I requested my medical record and received my own and someone else’s. Talk about confidentiality. Look some where else."

"Well, first of all, I read the reviews when my dad was referred to this doctor. Most bad. I thought let’s give it a try. Staff is rude and cocky. This is because the doctor has trained them this way. Staff would not let me go back with my elderly father to hear what was going on would not explain anything, and I was told I had to have a power of attorney for them to share anything with me, even though my father was standing there. My father said the doctor did a test on him, then immediately stood up and said, “lunchtime”, and ran off. Did not answer any questions for my father either. My 80-year-old Dad canceled all further appointments with them. You are stupid if you go to this doctor. Obviously, there is a shortage of doctors in El Paso, which is why someone like this can operate here. Try another neurologist get referrals and check online referrals."

"Do your best to find another doctor. You will wait forever for your appointment in the waiting room. Oh, it has been well over a month or better for the results. And still have yet to receive them by the way.... They stay other patients are ahead of me still waiting for the results."
