"My experience/treatments have been with Dr. Lopez and NP Ms. Martinez over the past 4 years. They listen to all my concerns and always develop an treatment plan to help me through my aches and pains. I've always been treated with respect and compassion. The office staff is courteous, well trained and professional. Don't get me wrong, there has been issues throughout the years.(wait times, prescriptions not sent to right pharmacy) but human errors are a fact of life with everywhere you go. My overall experience with West Texas Pain Institute has been very good and I'm grateful I found them when I moved El Paso."

"Dr. Kendrick is never in a hurry. He suggests and explains all the procedures and what you can expect. The waiting time is a little long but they are always very busy. All the Drs. and staff are amazingly patient and helpful. Overall this practice is very efficient. I have been going here for about a year and my pain level is about 50% better. Still have a few more procedures to go. I highly recommend this practice. ."

"I'm am satisfied and pleased with the care and serious attention to my pain problems. I have had some procedures that didn't work. However, I am going on to the next one, & hope that these will ease my pain. Overall, it's the caring and supportive attitude of the Dr and staff that have impressed me. One thing that can use improvement, the waiting room is overcrowded, I had to sit in the hallway for 1&1/2 hrs past my appointment time. I travel 3 &1/2 hours have to go through interstate construction, that's just fine. Seems that they over book apps, There's got to a better way to manage this ."

"I had a great experience with this office. From the moment I arrived and checked in to the moment I checked out and left. The front desk assistant was very welcoming and polite. The medical assistant Veronica was great. Very professional and also welcoming. Dr. Lopez was awesome. He talked to me and asked me about my pain and showed me that he really cares for his patients. Also, one of the prescriptions sent was requiring a prior authorization and the office staff handled it perfectly and promptly. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend their office."
