"Worst transit company EVER... Been waiting 2 hours when they told me ni more than 1 hour. I called back about 4 times and every time they told me something different. Not a reliable company what so ever if all they do is straight up lie."

"If I could give them zero stars I would! They are usually late. They are very disorganized. They send their drivers out in vans that have broken lifts to pick up disabled people. I had to climb in through the back of their van because there was another passenger in the front, their lift was broken, I slipped and banged up my leg very badly it even cut my leg and was bleeding. I have a huge ball on my leg and it’s all bruised up. I was taken and dropped off at dialysis without a care about my injury. My daughter had to take me to the ER after dialysis. The doctor said it would take at least 3 - 4 weeks before I would feel better. I’m in pain everyday. Today they forgot about me and I had to find another way to dialysis."

"Good transportaion group, some people will leave negative comments, but if u feel like your 82 year old mother was in any danger you should have taken her your self just shows how great of a daughter you are to let your mother suffer and then feel like you need to vent on google maps. Grow up and take care of your parents if you feel like if there in any danger. As far as i know great service and hospitaliy truely one of a kind people that work day in and day out at this company, truley caring and responsible.. A +"

"This company has a habit of dangerously stranding elderly people when they have two days notice of when to pick the person up and where. They have left my 82 yr old mother stranded three times."
