"Great way to ship large item that go on a pallet"

"First time shipping large items (55-gallon drums weighing over 500lb each). I was greeted promptly in the front office. The service representative assisted me through the whole process. She was kind and made it easy. The forklift operator was quick and courteous. He assisted with the off loading and palletizing of the drums. I will definitely use again for LTL items."

"As an OTR driver I sometimes get annoyed at their drivers, driving in the middle lane going only 68 mph, but I can’t give this place a bad review because of that; I know it’s not their fault, but I hope the right person might read this and do something about that. I guess it’s not always a good idea to read the reviews before you go somewhere to pick up or to deliver a load, even though most of the times the bad reviews tend to be true. I read some of the bad reviews so I came here expecting the worse. Picked up my load from over here, right before they were done for the day; was afraid they won’t treat me very nice… Couldn’t be more wrong than that. I had a nice experience with both the forklift operators and the office staff. Got loaded pretty fast and treated in a professional manner by everyone at all times."

"Had delivery scheduled for today Dec 17, 2020. I got a call from a very nice lady to set up the delivery appt early on Dec 16. She gave me a window to expect the delivery. Sure enough, the driver arrived within the window. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and cordial. He helped me by putting the order in my garage with no problem. Great job all the way around!"
