"If I could rate them as zero stars, I would. This company has provided, by far, the worst dispatch experience that I have ever had to endure. My pick up was five days late without any explanation or want to correct the issue. Customer service reps lie about when you can expect pick ups. Do not trust them. I have worked in distribution for over a decade and these folks are the #1 example on how NOT to run your business. If you value your relationship with your customers and on-time delivery, anywhere is better than here."

"My package has been out for delivery for several days and I finally got an update today but it states the driver is unable to access my building. I have never needed to provide my gate code before, as it’s usually left in the front office or my mail box. I am assuming this company doesn’t have access to that. I was then told the driver cannot attempt again for another day or two. I am just frustrated and wish I would have known a gate code was needed so I could have avoided this waiting period."

"Avoid any business that utilizes this freight company. Our shipment was 5 days late. The delivery date was continuously changed. I called for an update and was told our shipment was lost. They opened a case# and it was finally found it several days later. I was told I needed to be home during the delivery window assigned by TForce. The time window was 10am-2pm. They finally showed up at 6:45pm that evening."

"Tforce freight should be named terrible force freight. After getting several Confirmation quotes and A pick up confirmation. I was then told by t force that they would not pick up the item. They said the Box was an antique desk and they do not want to be responsible for an antique. It had sentimental value. My 2nd Box have pictures canvases in it and they said they do not take responsibility for those items either. I was informed that the only ship things that have no or low volume. Easily because they do not want to take responsibility for those items. This came from the manager Brian Moreno. They are a shipping company and I own a shipping company unfortunately not freight and the only job you have is service but they refuse to service because they told me that they were worried about losing Items of sentimental value and they did not want to take responsibility for that. Last but not least I had a discussion with him and he decided he was gonna contact somebody else over this situation to have a discussion only to find out that he just talked to somebody in their claims department and they suggested to him that this was not a good decision. Again they felt that if they got lost how would they resolve the issue. So basically what they were telling me is that T freight is a company that constantly loses people's freight. I truly believe in a business that the manager or owner reflects the confidence of the busines.. I can honestly say from the management down to the employees nobody understands business and nobody understands customer service and nobody has been trained properly. T freight or terrible freight as I like to call it is a company everyone needs to stay away from this is not a business that I would trust nor would I recommend and I'd like to say this was my 1st problem with them but it is not this is about my 3rd. I will been done with T freight and I'll be moving on to any other company then them. Buyer beware this company isn't worth your time. The reason I kept trying to use them was because they are an approved vendor for my store."

"These guys were great and on time the last 11 orders (always received on date the order sheet said)… Now.. last two deliveries have been extremely late (never had to make an appointment before but now I do - and mind you no one answers the phone so it’s impossible to actually get this accomplished) (isn’t that what the delivery day is for at check out?!) and even the driver who comes every other week was surprised/confused .. )- being told NOW they were taking a long ’HALLOWEEN HOLIDAY WEEKEND’. My goods arrived Thursday and now won’t receive till tues/wed?!! Should have insisted pick up. I rely on this for my business / livelihood but the operators IF you get them are just rude and clearly hate everything Totally bummed"
