"Waited on the waiting list for about 8 (maybe longer) months. Finally made it to counseling with a counselor. We only saw her a few times (on zoom). She kept telling us she would send homework, never received anything. After a few sessions we felt like we were getting worse. The counselor we received seemed extremely angry and we really felt that we were not receiving the help we desperately needed. We looked around and found someone else to help us. We are definitely on the right track now with the help of our new counselor."

"~~~UPDATE~~~ I got a phone call today from the lead councelor with apologies and she said the furniture has been rearranged! Thank you SO MUCH! It made me feel important and I can't describe how wonderful that feels! ---------------------------- My counselor is great. Staff in front is always friendly. My only complaint is that it is hard to use a wheelchair-- It is very hard to get the wheelchair over the thresh hold at the front door, impossible without help! Also, the layout of the furmiture near the elevator makes it impossible to get to the elevator. I had to move a few pieces out of my way and again, it was very hard to do alone."
