"DR Bhatlia is completely professional. He really is concerned with your pain and wants to do the best procedure to help manage it. He doesn’t push for the most expensive procedure, and he doesn’t jump ahead and tell you what needs to be done. He listens to all your concerns and helps you come to a conclusion of what you feel needs to be the next step in your pain management. He could see on my MRI, that one place was damaged more than another. But that wasn’t where I was hurting the most, so he listens to me and does what I need, listening to my concerns. Very few doctors do that. Just so you know the surgical center where I’ve went for almost 4 years to have him do my procedures has an anesthesiologist. that puts you completely to sleep before any procedure. Unfortunately, this year they have stopped taking Workmen’s Comp. because of nonpayment. So you have to go to his office in Keller and they don’t have an anesthesiologist. So you’re awake during the procedure. They do have laughing gas like a dentist office and they do a great job of painlessly Deadening the entire area to the point you’re unaware the procedure is going on. Next time if I have to go for a Workmen’s Comp issue, I’m not even going to use the gas. All it did was make me dizzy. But he talked to me through the entire procedure, making jokes and making me laugh and it was over before I knew it had even started. And I had ablations In four separate areas in my lower back. So I seriously recommend him. I took my father to him when he had a degenerative disc. And my father said he had a excellent experience also."

"My experience with your dr and your PA’s has always been amazing. The only issue I have is the amount of time I have to wait past my appointment time. My last appointment was scheduled for 8:45 and at that time there were still employees just arriving for work. It was 9:15 before I was called back for my appointment. I understand that situations come up unexpectedly that could cause them to run late occasionally, but this has become routine. I don’t drive, so I have to pay for someone to bring me to my appointment and then wait to take me home. The longer I have to wait the more it costs me."

"Most everything is great dealing with this doctor's office. The only thing that I would change is having a phone at the Decatur Texas location. Whenever I need to make a phone call it always goes to the main office which is in Keller Texas and I stay on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. Besides that everything is great and I really enjoy the staff."

I was told no telecongerence and yet they had no problem with one when it was for their convienienc. Since you aren't allowed to keep a supply and the Decatur office is only open once a week t j i mean"
